Penggunanya dapat memilih langsung dari mesin fotocopy opsi scan ke email atau scan ke folder.
Resolusi warna yang dihasilkan dari mesin fotocopy RICOH MP C2003 ini adalah 600 dpi untuk copy dan 1.200 dpi untuk print sehingga hasil print dapat terlihat cerah terutama hasil print warna.
Hal lain dari mesin fotocopy RICOH MP C2003 adalah kecepatan copy dan print yaitu 20 lembar per menit. Tingkat kecepatan ini mencukupi untuk volume copy rendah dan menengah sehingga mesin fotocopy ini cocok diterapkan untuk kantor skala kecil.
