Mesin fotocopy multi fungsi RICOH MPC 4503 colour adalah mesin fotocopy warna terbaru produksi 2014. Mesin fotocopy warna ini memiliki kecepatan print 45 lembar per menit yang cocok untuk dipergunakan pada jumlah pengguna sekitar 20 orang atau dengan copy volume rata-rata per bulan 45.000 lembar.

Mesin fotocopy ini sama dengan yang lainnya yaitu memiliki fungsi standard copy, print, scan dan dapat dilengkapi dengan optional fax serta sudah dapat terkoneksi dengan jaringan LAN. 

Mesin fotocopy warna "RICOH MPC4503" dilengkapi dengan memory standard 2 GB dan HDD 250 GB yang dinilai sudah mencukupi untuk kebutuhan print dengan kapasitas besar. Selain itu resolusi print yang dimiliki mesin fotocopy ini adalah 1.200 dpi sehingga dapat menghasilkan kualitas gambar yang baik.

Untuk scanner  sendiri memiliki kecepatan sampai dengan 80 lembar per menit untuk scan colour / black white baik scan ke email atau scan ke folder.

Dalam hal memudahkan penggunanya maka mesin fotocopy ini juga dilengkap dengan software smart device monitor / web smart device monitor. Selain itu dapat dilengkapi dengan optional software global scan, Card Authentication Package, EZ Charger, Equitrac, YSoft dll.
